CHICAGO [10/21/2022] – The International Association of Defense Counsel (IADC) has announced that David L. Ayers, a Member at Watkins & Eager, PLLC, in Jackson, Mississippi, has accepted an invitation to join the IADC, the preeminent invitation-only global legal organization for attorneys who represent corporate and insurance interests.

David focuses his practice on personal injury and product liability defense. He has decades of experience defending domestic and foreign clients in catastrophic personal injury and death cases, with an emphasis on product litigation in the automotive, heavy equipment, consumer and recreational product arenas, as well as premises litigation. 

David is a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers. He received his J.D. from the University of Mississippi School of Law and his Bachelor of Arts from Vanderbilt University.
