Robert H. Pedersen was admitted to the Mississippi Bar in 1976. His experience spans from insurance litigation, appellate advocacy, and Section 1983 litigation to Mississippi Tort Claims Act defense, and tort and general litigation. His cases of note include Coleman Powermate, Inc. v. Rheem Mfg. Co., 880 So. 2d 329 (Miss. 2004); Wong v. Stripling, 881 F.2d 200 (5th Cir. 1989); Hodges v. Madison County Med. Ctr., 929 So. 2d 381 (Miss. App. 2006); Dorsey v. Jackson Public School District 2017 WL 5894221 (S.D. Miss. 2017); Bailey v. Advance America, Cash Advance Centers, Inc. 2016 WL 9281316 and 2017 WL 3354913 (S.D. Miss. 2016 & 2017). From 1969–73, Bob served our country as a United States Army Infantry Officer.
