Briana O’Neil was admitted to the Mississippi Bar in 2018. Briana focuses her practice primarily in the areas of products liability litigation, medical malpractice, premises litigation, insurance defense, and white-collar criminal defense. Her products liability experience has involved representation of manufacturers in the automotive, heavy machinery, and home product industries. She is admitted to practice before all state and federal courts in Mississippi and has also handled cases for clients outside of Mississippi, including in Alabama, Georgia, South Carolina, and Kentucky. Briana is an active member of the American Bar Association Tort Trial and Insurance Practice Section and the Mississippi Bar’s Young Lawyers Division.
