Watkins & Eager is pleased to announce that H. Rusty Comley and James M. "Matt" Tyrone are now members of the Firm.

Rusty Comley joined Watkins & Eager in 2006 upon graduating summa cum laude from Mississippi College School of Law. His primary practice areas include tort and general litigation, medical malpractice and health care litigation, construction litigation, aviation litigation, and automotive, heavy equipment and recreational vehicle litigation. While in law school, Rusty served as the Executive Editor of the Mississippi College Law Review and was a member of the Moot Court Board.  He is a 1996 cum laude graduate of the University of Mississippi and served as a Captain in the Aviation Branch of the United States Army from 1996 - 2003. Rusty is recognized as a Mid-South Super Lawyer in the area of Personal Injury Defense: Products.

Matt Tyrone received a Bachelor's Degree in Banking and Finance with Highest Honors in 2003 from the University of Southern Mississippi and his Juris Doctor from the University of Mississippi School of Law, summa cum laude, where he served as Executive Articles Editor for the Mississippi Law Journal. Prior to joining Watkins & Eager in 2007, Matt served as a law clerk to the Honorable David C. Bramlette III, of the United States District Court for the Southern District.  Recognized by Mid-South Super Lawyers as a "Rising Star" in the area of General Litigation, Matt's varied practice is primarily devoted to products liability cases, catastrophic commercial or industrial accident cases, attorney malpractice litigation for both the plaintiff and defense bar, and Federal criminal defense.
