Clark Luke is a tax and business attorney with Watkins & Eager. Clark’s practice focuses on federal taxation, state and local taxation, estate & trust planning and administration, corporate law, and domestic and family relations. He serves as a strategic partner with his individual and business clients in myriad federal and state tax planning and controversy matters. Clark has also planned and administered many large estates and trusts and has substantial experience in corporate planning and governance matters. He is licensed to practice law in Mississippi and Tennessee.
Clark has an LL.M. in Taxation from the University of Florida and is also a Certified Public Accountant (Mississippi). He holds a Juris Doctor (Cum Laude) degree from the University of Mississippi School of Law, and Bachelor of Accountancy (Cum Laude) and Master of Taxation (Cum Laude) degrees from the University of Mississippi.
