William C. Smith III was admitted to the Mississippi Bar, the United States District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Mississippi, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit in 1988. His experience spans from real estate, corporate and zoning, complex contracts, and finance to business and legal issues regarding academic medical centers and hospitals. He also advises major regional and national developers as to financing, development, contracts and Public Service Commission issues in both commercial and residential areas.
