David’s law practice is focused in the areas of automotive, product liability, healthcare litigation, pharmaceutical and medical device, recreational vehicle, industrial and heavy equipment, appellate advocacy, insurance litigation and general tort litigation. In addition to Alabama, David has litigated cases in Tennessee, Georgia, Mississippi, South Carolina and Arkansas. He has served on the boards of several local schools and currently is a member of the Shades Valley YMCA Board of Managers.
