Ashley C. Scarpetta is an associate in the Birmingham, Alabama office. Her long-fueled desire to help others drove her to attend law school where she served as Editor-in-Chief for the American Journal of Trial Advocacy, the nation’s oldest law review dedicated exclusively to the art of trial advocacy.
Ashley is a client-driven attorney committed to offering her clients the best representation by utilizing the most effective litigation strategies and by always utilizing extreme attention to detail. Ashley maintains a varied practice that includes work on trial and appellate matters involving product liability and class action litigation. Ashley also has experience handling medical malpractice, transportation, insurance coverage, and other general liability matters.
