Mildred Morris is one of the most experienced trial lawyers in the state of Mississippi, having tried approximately one hundred bench and jury trials as lead counsel.  She has tried cases in numerous counties as well as the United States District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Mississippi.  Her diverse litigation practice has involved representing both corporate and individual clients in every phase of litigation.  In addition to her first-chair trial practice, she has argued appeals in both Mississippi appellate courts, as well as the United State Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. Her litigation experience spans numerous areas, including medical malpractice, healthcare, automobile and trucking accidents, bad faith claims, regulatory, and drug and medical device defense.

Mildred has been honored with membership in the American College of Trial Lawyers, the American Board of Trial Advocates, and the Mississippi Bar Foundation.  She has regularly been named to The Best Lawyers in America and recognized as Best Lawyer of the Year in several fields.  She has also been listed in The American Law Journal as having a top ten defense verdict in the United States.  Mildred has been recognized by Mid-South Super Lawyers as one of the top 50 women lawyers in the Southeast and one of the top 50 lawyers in Mississippi.
