Watkins & Eager has extensive experience in appellate work, having argued cases before the United States Supreme Court, the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit, the Mississippi Supreme Court and the Mississippi Court of Appeals. The firm is retained regularly as appellate counsel prior to complex and high-exposure trials to consult with and assist trial counsel in identifying and preserving appellate issues and handling interlocutory appeals and post-trial motions and appeals.
