Employer Advice and Counseling The Watkins & Eager Labor and Employment practice group is dedicated to the areas of labor, immigration and general counsel. In addition to its litigation practice, the Watkins & Eager Labor and Employment Practice group also provides ongoing counsel to employers in the areas of labor and immigration as well as general human resources advice. Our lawyers are skilled in handling union avoidance issues, collective bargaining and labor disputes. In addition, we have extensive experience representing employers in grievance/arbitration matters, in elections before the National Labor Relations Board and related court actions.
