Watkins & Eager has substantial experience in the bankruptcy and creditors’ rights area. Our bankruptcy practice includes, but is not limited to, representation of creditors in stay relief litigation, cash collateral hearings, Chapter 11 and 13 plan confirmation, debtor-in-possession financing, section 363 sales and all other aspects of bankruptcy law. Further, we have represented unsecured creditors’ committees, Chapter 11 trustees and have served as special counsel to debtors. We have successfully handled the commencement and prosecution of involuntary bankruptcy cases and have represented creditors in avoidance litigation. We are uniquely qualified to handle any and all issues that may arise before or during a bankruptcy case.
