Watkins & Eager is pleased to announce that Timothy L. Sensing is now a member of the firm.
Timothy L. Sensing joined Watkins & Eager in 2007. Tim has significant litigation and trial experience in medical malpractice, products liability and pharmaceutical & medical device cases. Since joining the firm, he has served as trial counsel in numerous professional liability and products liability cases. Tim has been involved in multiple cases in pharmaceutical litigation and was selected as a trial team member in a Medicaid fraud action brought by the State of Mississippi against a multi-national pharmaceutical manufacturer. He is recognized by Mid-South Super Lawyers as a Rising Star in the legal community. Tim graduated cum laude Belhaven University in 1999 and received his Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from Mississippi College School of Law in 2007.
