Keith W. Turner in conjunction with Trey Hess of the Mississippi Department of Environmental Quality has authored a chapter in the American Bar Association's Implementing Institutional Controls at Brownfields and Other Contaminated Sites, 2nd Edition. The chapter titled "Mississippi "One Call" and the Mississippi Uniform Environmental Covenants Act" analyzes efforts to use "one call" services in coordination with the new Mississippi Environmental Covenants Act.
