Roger W. Williams was admitted to the Mississippi Bar in 1996. His experience spans from corporate to commercial lending and finance, and real estate. Roger is a transactional attorney with an emphasis on the acquisition and sale of commercial real estate, construction projects and commercial lending. He provides extensive representation to commercial lenders, developers and builders. Roger has served as Lender’s Counsel for various multi-family projects, Title Agent for numerous multi-family and other commercial projects, Purchaser’s Counsel for various drugstore and retail projects and Lender’s Counsel for numerous church construction projects and refinances. Additionally, he regularly represents borrowers with loans including the HUD/FHA loan programs. He is a member of several professional and civic organizations, and is currently listed in The Best Lawyers in America® and Chambers USA.
