M. Binford Williams, Jr., was admitted to the Mississippi bar in 1986. His experience spans from banking, commercial lending and finance, and corporate to public finance and real estate. Ben is a transactional attorney with an emphasis on credit facilities, construction projects, real estate, letters of credit and merger/acquisitions. He provides extensive representation to commercial lenders, developers and builders. Ben has served as Lender’s Counsel for a $70 million+ office building, Seller’s Counsel for a 17,000+ acre timber tract, Purchaser’s Counsel for numerous multi-family complexes, Lender’s Counsel on several medical office facilities and Letter of Credit Counsel to support numerous bond transactions. He is a member of several professional and civic organizations and is currently listed in The Best Lawyers in America and Chambers USA.
