Susan L. Steffey was admitted to the Florida bar in 1987 and to the Mississippi bar in 1991. She has extensive litigation experience, including mass tort, general product liability, premises litigation and defending professional/medical cases. She specializes in divorce law, prenuptial agreements and mediation. Some of her reported cases include Harris v. Harris, 879 So.2d 457 (Miss. App. 2004); Ash v. Ash, 877 So. 2d 458 (Miss. App. 2003); Trustmark National Bank v. Johnson, 865 So.2d 1148 (Miss. 2004). Before joining Watkins & Eager, Susan served as a law clerk to the Honorable Rhesa H. Barksdale, United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit (1990-1991) and practiced in Tampa, Florida, with the law firm of Sessums & Mason.
