William C. Smith, III was admitted to the Mississippi Bar, the U.S. District Court for the Northern and Southern Districts of Mississippi and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit, all in 1988. His experience spans from real estate, corporate and zoning to complex contracts and finance. He also advises major regional and national developers as to financing, development, contracts and Public Service Commission issues in both commercial and residential areas.
