Brian C. Smith was admitted to the Mississippi Bar in 2004. His experience spans from commercial litigation to banking and insurance litigation. His cases of note include Raines v. The Bottrell Agency, Inc., 992 So. 2d 642 (Miss. App. 2008). Brian is a Taylor Medalist, Eastland Scholar and Certified Public Accountant. Prior to joining Watkins & Eager, he served as a law clerk to the Honorable Rhesa H. Barksdale, United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit (2004-2005).
