Peyton D. Prospere was admitted to the Mississippi bar in 1978. His experience includes public finance and corporate law. He is a member of Mississippi and Capital Area Bar Associations and the National Association of Bond Lawyers. From 2000-2003, Peyton served as Legal Counsel for the Governor of Mississippi and from 2003-2004 as State Treasurer.
