Steven D. Orlansky was admitted to the Mississippi Bar and the United States District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Mississippi in 1980. He was admitted to the Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit in 1983. His experience spans from commercial litigation, general product liability litigation and mass tort litigation to insurance litigation. His cases of note include the Mississippi Rezulin, PPA and Baycol Litigations; Jarman v. United Industries Corp., 98 F. Supp. 2d 757 (S.D. Miss. 2000); and McIntyre v. Farrell Corp., 97 F. 2d 779 (5th Cir. 1996). Steve is AV rated by Martindale-Hubbell and is listed as one of The Best Lawyers in America for mass tort litigation.
