Jane B. Morgan was admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar (1987), District of Columbia Bar (1988), New York bar (1994), Louisiana bar (1995) and the Mississippi Bar (1998). Her legal expertise includes banking, commercial lending, consumer finance, project finance, corporate and real estate matters. She regularly serves as Mississippi counsel and local opinion counsel in complex transactions that involve Mississippi real estate.  After law school, Jane served as law clerk to the Honorable E. Grady Jolly of the United States Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals.
