P.N. Harkins (Nick) was admitted to practice in all Mississippi State and Federal Courts and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit in 1965. He was admitted to practice in the U.S. Supreme Court in 1968. His experience spans from general product liability, pharmaceutical and medical device and mass tort and repetitive exposure to general products liability litigation. His cases of note include Trina Washington, et al., v. American Home Products Corporation, et al.,the first diet drug case trial in Mississippi.
