Douglas J. Gunn was admitted to the Mississippi Bar in 1982 and to the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Mississippi and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. He also has pro hac vice privileges in numerous states. His cases of note include In Re Extension of Boundaries of City of Jackson, 551 So. 2d 861 (Miss. 1989) and City of Jackson v. City of Madison, 650 So. 2d 490 (Miss. 1995). Throughout his career, Doug has successfully handled matters ranging from product liability actions to insurance bad faith cases to pharmaceutical liability and health care matters. He has served as co-national counsel for a pharmaceutical client, and is currently active as regional trial counsel for a client in a series of commercial litigation cases.
