Betty Ruth Fox was admitted to the Mississippi Bar in 1989. From 1993-2002, she was a Staff Attorney for the Mississippi Department of Environmental Quality, with responsibilities for Civil Environmental Enforcement. In 2002, Betty Ruth became a Trial Attorney for the Trustee Program of the United States Department of Justice, with responsibilities for Civil Bankruptcy Enforcement. Since 2007, Betty Ruth has focused her private practice on Environmental, Bankruptcy and General Litigation matters.
