Jim Crongeyer began the practice of law in Florida in 1995 following graduating cum laude from the University of Mississippi School of Law. He is admitted to practice in Mississippi (1997), Alabama (1996) and Florida (1995), and has actively practiced in all three states. He has served as a Managing Member of Watkins & Eager since 2008. Jim has significant litigation experience especially in the general product liability litigation, mass tort, and complex litigation areas. He has been acknowledged as a member of The Best Lawyers in America (Products Liability Litigation), as well as by Mid-South Super Lawyers (Products Liability: Defense). Additionally, he has been admitted to the United States Courts of Appeals for the Fifth and Eleventh Circuits, as well as the United States District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Mississippi, the Northern, Middle and Southern Districts of Alabama, and the Northern District of Florida. Jim also served as a First Lieutenant in the Mississippi Army National Guard from 1987-1994.
